i need every lesbian out there to know that you are not gross. that you are not disgusting. that your attraction to women can not be compared to a man’s. you need to know that you are natural, that you are normal. you are valid and important. i know right now might be very difficult. there are a lot of people who are going to make you feel really bad about who you are. but we are here for you. other lesbians love you. fuck what lesbophobes say. i am far more important than them and i say you are perfect just the way you are. 

ive made so many posts like this and no one wants to reblog them except lesbians. i have girls crying in my inbox, feeling worthless, disgusting, predatory, and suicidal because they dont see enough of this. because they get bombarded with lesbophobia just for fucking existing. if you want to come after me, thats fine, i can take it, but when your targeting girls who are young, or confused, or traumatized, youre fucking cruel. dont you dare. 

Lesbophobia is not a thing. I am all for supporting the lesbian community. But not reblogging this is not what’s making lesbian women receive hate. HOMOphobia is what is making women receive hate, and homophobia is not going to just disappear with a text post. Those who do support lesbians are probably not reblogging this because they don’t want be embarrassed by reblogging the word “lesbophobia”. You can’t just put any trait in front of “phobia”. Lesbians are homosexuals. Homo=same, not gay. As in they like the same sex. If it weren’t for that ignorant word (and I use “ignorant” lightly since you probably refuse to accept what I’m saying, which then moves away from ignorance) I would have reblogged this post on my main blog, because as I mentioned, I support homosexuality and want as many of the LGBT+ community to know they have support from a lot cishets. Don’t create new phobias to make your specific group feel more special than the other.
